Privacy Policy

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is your email address, and only if you voluntarily submit it through a waitlist or feedback form on any Eigencore service. No account is required to use Tracewise or Modewise.

What we don't collect

Files you upload for review — schematics, Gerber files, BOMs, GDS layouts — and any designs generated during a session are processed entirely in memory and are never written to permanent storage or retained by Eigencore after your session ends. We do not collect usage analytics, cookies, or tracking identifiers of any kind.

How we use your email

Email addresses collected via waitlist or feedback forms are used solely to follow up on your feedback or notify you when new features become available. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party processors

When you run a design or review session, your prompts and uploaded file contents are sent to the Anthropic API for AI analysis. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy and API terms of service. We do not retain a copy of what is sent.

No other third-party services receive your data.

Cookies

Eigencore services do not use cookies or any browser-based tracking technologies.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your email address from our list at any time by emailing hello@eigencore.io. We will process your request within 30 days. If you are located in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of any Eigencore service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Security disclosure

We welcome good-faith security research. If you discover a vulnerability in any Eigencore service, please disclose it responsibly by emailing hello@eigencore.io with a description of the issue and steps to reproduce it.

We commit to: acknowledging your report within 5 business days, investigating and responding with our findings, and not pursuing legal action against researchers who follow responsible disclosure practices. We ask that you give us reasonable time to address the issue before public disclosure.
